Pupil Premium

The Pupil Premium was introduced in April 2011. Schools are allocated funding for children from low-income families based on those pupils who are eligible for free school meals, looked after children and those from families with parents in the Armed Forces.

At North Rigton C of E Primary School the numbers of pupils eligible for Pupil Premium funding is very small and significantly below the national average. Below is an outline of our strategy for the use of our Pupil Premium funding. It is presented as a general overview to avoid identifying individual pupils.
