We are a small village primary school with four friendly classes.
Our school is a warm and welcoming place. We are dedicated to providing a nurturing, exciting and inspiring environment where every child feels loved, valued and cherished. Creativity is encouraged, individuality is valued, working hard is prized and all our children flourish.
The Mustard Seed
He said, “What is the Kingdom of God like? To what shall I compare it? It is like a grain of a tiny mustard seed, which a man took, and put in his own garden. It grew, and became a large tree, and the birds of the sky lodged in its branches.”
Every member of our school family is committed to nurturing our ‘tiny seeds’, dedicated to providing them with all they need to grow, blossom and flourish. Rooted in our school values, we provide a nurturing and caring environment, a challenging and relevant curriculum and high-quality teaching and learning.
Our children are at the centre of all we do and their well-being, as well as their academic achievements are at the very heart of every decision we make.
On 1st September 2018 North Rigton CE Primary School entered into a formal collaboration with All Saints Kirkby Overblow CE Primary School. The two primary schools work together very closely and share a headteacher. Mrs Andrews is present at North Rigton on Monday afternoon, Tuesday morning, all day Wednesday and Friday afternoon. When the Headteacher is not on site Mrs Wallen is the base leader. This partnership is known as The Fellowship of All Saints Kirkby Overblow and North Rigton CE Primary Schools.
